Some frequent questions I get asked are, how to use crystals and how to connect with crystals. Today's video I explain both of these with some fun methods you can try. These crystal practices are easy for beginners or intermediate level, I explain how I have connected with crystals over the years, building a strong connection, and my favorite ways to use crystals. The main take away here is believing in yourself and your crystal - you are both forming a connection everyday, that is what makes the crystals energy so powerful. I can say that i went in not believing in any of this and when i held a piece of rose quartz i felt an overwhelming love and joy come over me. It happened a second time weeks later with a piece of clear quartz but even more intense with me completely in tears but these were tears of joy and not sadness. I realized it was actually the love of the Creator. From non believer to believer👍🏾

Yeah I bought a rose quartz necklace for aesthetic reasons only and I began to feel lighter and less depressed. And when I took it off I suddenly felt heavier. That was the beginning of me taking crystals seriously. I’m totally a quartz girl!! Rose Quartz, clear quartz points, and smoky quartz are my total favorites. I’ve also got this flat oval lapis lazuli that I’m crazy for… but I feel like I could never have too many clear crystal points or clusters.

I got a black tourmaline ring after feeling a lot of grogginess due to psychic attack. Being an empath i felt it immediately!! When I feel off or a bit drained it’s usually when Im not wearing it. Love your channel.

It took about two years of meditating with crystals for me to really begin to be sensitive to their energies. The first two which I connected with noticeably energetically were blue kyanite and rutilated quartz which are high vibration crystals. There was a buzy energetic sensation coming from them. I think of rutilated quartz as spiritual steroids. I think it really increased my chi and my ability to feel spiritual energy. I unwittingly triggered kundalini many years ago by meditating with crystals. It can put spirituality on the fast track, but that's not always a good idea. Kundalini was a very intense experience for me and I don't recommend it to everyone. I eventually quit meditating because of it. Recently, with the Coronavirus boredom, I've started exploring crystals again, but I rarely meditate with them, they're too powerful for me. I just lay them on myself, sleep with them or wear them so I can nourish my chakras and my aura.

😭 so so glad I found your page. I just recently bought my very first Crystal bundle and I am elated. I knew upon arrival I had to cleanse them. So as I sitting here in my room on the floor, criss crossed, listening to cleansing Crystal music, I grab each one individually in my hands and cleanse them with my inner white light. And dude. I’m binging your channel, love it I have had crystals in my life for about two years, when I hold my crystals in my non dominate hand, I will ask for them to show me their energy, as soon as I ask my whole hand and fingers tingle and get numb… I can also tell when they need to be charged and cleansed… I love communicating with them…. Also when I am in the crystal stores, I can pick up a crystal and know right away if it’s the one I should buy, I get the tingly feeling I described. If I don’t get the tingles I know it’s not meant to come home with me… You have a beautiful energy about you, your very sweet…

Yay I believe this was one of my questions (probably many others asked tho). Either way I appreciate the time and effort you put into this also ty for sharing your knowledge and experience 🙏 . Personally I'm still experimenting with all kinds of crystals. I meditate with them, bathe with them (only water friendly ofc 😜) also sleep with them and hold them sometimes during the day. This is such a helpful video, and I will try out the crystal grid and elixirs, for sure! I have a trio of crystals and they have healed me a couple of times from different ailments. I placed it on my chest/heart area and my heart responded to it immediately!! I have a lumerian crystal and when I meditated with it, it was like I was out on open water, the crystal was showing me a place which I believe was Lumeria, it was such a deep meditation where I believe I astro traveled, those crystals have such a high frequency I could totally imagine wearing it would spark that memory for you, that is so cool! I recently started working with crystals. I’ve always liked “rocks” and collected geodes and arrow heads in a creek near our house and also in my dad’s farm fields. I’m an earth angel, light worker, Empath and star seed-rainbow. I’m told I’m from the planet Sirius. I originally bought a crystal medallion I’ve been wearing around my neck as protection. I do have an area where I leave my crystals out on a table near a window. I’m a new subscriber here and would like to learn as much about crystals as I can. From choosing what crystal to get and then choosing your particular crystal to working with them. I have a tumbled set of Chakra crystals that are smaller so you can travel with them. I also have some that I picked out which are geodes and other rough crystals. I have a selenite wand I’ve been using to clear and recharge my crystals. I’ve also used sunlight. Thank you!

Personally, I would see what it is I want out of wearing the bracelet, is it for protection, courage, love, something basic like that and then do some research on the crystals that make up the bracelet, that way you can be more specific with the energy of the crystal. For example, lets say the bracelet is mainly purple and pink color hues, I would find a common intention that they share to create the perfect specialized intention for wearing the bracelet. Honestly a lot of the time its when I am out shopping in person at random places, recently I just found a instagram shop I really love called Botanical Rituals they are @botanicalrituals - love her crystal pieces!! Most of the time I always recommend etsy.com for any kind of crystal jewelry, you can just type out crystal jewelry and search for one that you speaks to you :)

Can you set multiple different intentions to one crystal?

Technically yes, but I personally wouldn't do more than 2 because it might be less effective with accomplishing all the intentions, but you can def experiment and see how it goes! You really are in control of the process so if you feel like setting more than 2 you def can :)

what are your views on raw and tumbled crystals

I would say that for a new beginner, this topic comes up a lot because it is said that the raw are more potent with energy, because they have not been polished or cut in a manmade way. For me, I think that whatever you become attracted too is the one that you are suppose to work with at the time, then a fun experiment is to get the same crystal again in that other version, so lets say a raw amethyst was really calling to you to got it and then a month has gone by and now you want to see a polished and carved amethyst that is in a crescent moon shape, experimenting and seeing how that both energies feel helps you discern between the two types on formations. But in a more simple answer, they both can hold the same amount of power, one isn't "better" than the other :) Hope that was helpful!! xx

I dont believe you have to believe in them. I think you have to understand the virtues of the crystal and attach positive thoughts and feelings to those virtues. I believe this because anything that requires an individual to believe has no real power. I believe crystals do have certain virtues attached to them, therefore they work. Adding the positive feelings to them makes them work in more positive ways for the individual. But belief is irrelevant. In fact, I think it (belief), is promoted so widely today that it is a purpose layed trap. Because you begin to question whether you do believe or not. ie. Have doubts. KNOW.....

It can be tricky, I would say with amethyst having it by you in meditation and also by your bed when you sleep, see if you dreams shift from this, might help with the connection!

It can be really hard to identity unfortunately. If a crystal is super warm too touch, if it kinda looks like a shiny plastic material, or just doesn't feel right in your hand and your questioning it - thats what I look for with fake crystals.
