My experience growing up was that my mom was the "crazy one" in the family. She had gifts since she was young and my grandpa threatened to put her in an asylum if she didn't "knock it off". She then had to keep everything to herself and still had a lot of supernatural experiences. I was raised hearing a lot of those stories and put my mom on a pedestal thinking it was so cool but thought it was something I was never capable of. Now the last few years I've really been focused on being true to myself and listening to my intuition and I've had multiple medium experiences and lots of visions. My great grandma thats passed away (also had supernatural abilities) came to me 2 years ago and told me she was going to teach me everything I need to know and is the one pushing me to learn mediumship.
