I wasn’t able to do it this way but on the wiz app where it was about to link it had an option to do it manually and that’s where they gave me the six digits so if anyone else can’t do it this way try doing it this way

Thank you. Wiz updated their app and made a lot of the steps automatic to link. I was able to easily link two rooms to my Alexa with Wiz. Pretty neat - thank you for making this video.

I watched your video and been trying to connect 3 Lights in one light fixture but Alexa only picks up 1. Do u have a fix for this?

sure you show them turning on and off but no other functionality like changing colors or brightness its important information to know if any of that is possible over voice control.

Still trying to figure out how Alexa works. What do you speak into? A device that sits in the house with a microphone? Or do you have to carry around a mobile phone and talk into it every time you want to take a leak? I'm thinking a motion sensor might be a better way to light up certain rooms you're used to flipping a switch in.

amazon sells what they call echo's they are small speaker/microphone hubs you place around your house and they do a lot of stuff. play music, track packages, set timers and reminders or even just to ask silly questions and play audio games like guess the song. or you can download an app on your phone and it does all that as well.

Usually you mute "Alexa" so don't set everyone's devices off. Hard to watch the video otherwise.
