I am doing do same but can see the chatbot on my website. Maybe it is because of HTTPS security? do I need to switch if off before paste it?

how would one implement agent routing in his own website? I scratched my head for weeks, Kind of had switch to other platforms. But I loved the bot building experience. Handoff is good but custom handoff with multiple agents is gatelocked in botpress pro. I got to know that very late , cost me a whole lot of time. I had 2 pain points, I cannot make one interface for both users and agents , other was custom handoff is not very well documented. tried botpress cloud and self hosted

@@Botpress Thanks for your reply But even the default skills like api calling didnt work So it was difficult to integrate other live chat tools with botpress self hosting is good for user- bot conversations but human in loop was not so smooth I cannot create 2 users so I cannot test out hitl ( human in the loop )

That looks nothing like what I'm seeing. There is NO enable channel. There is NO preconfigured anything. I've wasted hours on this BS.
