How to connect your WuWa account to PS5

↓ some answers to the common questions in comments ↓ - there is one TOS agreement right after downloading. i'm sorry, it's not included in the video, because i wasn't recording at that moment - if you used the wrong email, you have to unlink by contacting Kuro in game: Menu > Feedback (it might take some time) - if you login with google or with apple, it does not automatically link an email. you must manually link an email no matter what. - the linked email and the google login can be different. your "kuro account email" is the email you manually linked. it is NOT the google login email. if there is any doubt, please always check the browser version of the Kuro Games Account Center: sdk-prod-cdn-aws.kurogame-service.com/pro/account-center/mc/login the only email displayed on the browser version is the email you have to use to link to PSN

note this if u decide to try to log in on ur ps5 with ur account and ur account has a specific email and is linked to another email via google the email u used first for ur wuwa account is the one with your gaming data on it so if in this case u decided after to link a google account and log into ur ps5 with google u wont have ur gaming data at all

1:02 Yeah right here this is my problem. When I first started the game on mobile, I only did the Google login. I always had a Kuro Games account (with the same email that's for my Google login) and I mistakenly didn't link it to my account prior so when I "logged in" on the PS5 version it created a new account. I finally got into contact with someone and they said that they "unlinked" my PSN account from the UID of that new account and I was then told to "bind PSN to email/Kuro Games login method rather than the Google method." I'm genuinely so confused here and I don't wanna start over. I play on the America server so the server is fine its just such a hassle to unlink/link.

they're just telling you to use the email that you manually linked, and not to use your google account email, if that helps. good luck

So I made the mistake of using the same email on my ps5 thinking it would just automatically link, which it didn’t and instead started a new game without keeping my progress. At this point do I need to contact Kuro Games or do I have the option on PS5 to go to User Center and try to link from there? I’m mostly just worried that perhaps there would be some conflict with my PC account if I try to do so

Boy, I thought logging in through the google button at the bottom was just a quick way to get through linking an account, but color me surprised when I logged in with my Email when I got to my ps5 and I'm starting a new account. What should I do about that? my only connection seems to be through google, but when I look for the Email, Nothing's there.

yeah, you made a new account... - you have to unlink the PSN by contacting Kuro customer service (in game Menu > Feedback) - on your old WuWa account, link an email with a different email (Email 2) - after unlinking, link the PSN account to old account by using Email 2 some people who don't wanna wait for unlinking, they just made a new PSN account instead

@@tigerish7onyt so instead of overcomplicating my setup, I opted to just go to the user center and send in my ps5 account deletion request. I think It said the grace period is like 30 days and if I login to the game again it recinds the request. Dunno if it was the way to do it, but I've waited this long for the ps5 version, and I still have my account on my PC so I suppose I could just wait some more time for them to get rid of my blunder and I can properly link my actual account.

look at your user center in game (Menu > Settings > Account Settings > User Center). I go to it in the video at 4:09 there you can change your password. you use that email you used to create the account and password to login on mobile

the email of your PSN account and your Kuro Game account can be different. in the game when it asks you for your email, it is asking for your Kuro Game account, so be sure to use the right one

where do u recieve the verification code ? i have a fked up issue if it is on mail. I was playing on mobile using my moms apple id. thing is the gmail id my moms apple id uses, was deleted. this doesnt in anyway affect the apple id. now i cant receive the verification code :/// is there any way to change the email to the account ? it got auto binded when i logged in using apple id in account center

Let me try to answer in parts - You can unlink the account in-game : Menu > Feedback -- you have to wait for Kuro to unlink it - Are you talking about the verification code for the manually linked email in Step 1? You can make the manually linked email any email you want. It doesn't have to be the same as your other emails. So, you can manually link it to your own email - After Kuro unlinks your PSN account, you can try to link again with the email account you manually linked

So I’m cooked? I originally made a kuro games account on my pc and wanted to link it on my ps5 but I fr got shafted as im region locked to SEA on my ps5. So would this just mean I can’t play on my original WUWA account on ps5? I’d just have to play on pc strictly then correct? Other then that, great video

the PSN and the wuwa email can be different. it is linking the PSN to the Kuro Game Account, so make sure you enter the Kuro Game account email when it asks

@justinsynthesisfourty8540 if you made a new account, then they made you a new Kuro Game account, and you have to contact Kuro through the game Menu > Feedback and ask them to unlink the PSN account. Other people didn't want to wait and just made a new PSN account

@@firstdondiego it sounds like you were logging in with google, not with email login. you need to manually link and email to your kuro games account in the kuro games account center. that would be "email login". if you did not manually link an email address in the kuro game account center, you need to unlink, because you made a new kuro games account with that email and did not link to your actual wuwa account

when you check your kuro game account in the browser like at 0:45, use the email that is shown for "login email" kuro game account center: sdk-prod-cdn-aws.kurogame-service.com/pro/account-center/mc/login

if you started a new account on ps5, but you have old game data on mobile, you will have to unlink first and then link to your mobile account.

I am using Facebook account and an asalt account as well, but i am unable to log in using salt acc and i dont have acc facebook email created since it was from a decade. Any other way i could carry over my mobile acc to ps5

Pretty sure if you do that, you'll technically make another account, just use your normal Email instead to prevent that.
