Hopefully she's good for like single use. I'm pretty casual, I only swap if I need a heal, and then I don't even bother waiting for intro/outro, I just swap immediately after the heal. I like just using 1 character. Changli has done right by me so far, her damage is fine when just exploring. It'd be nice to have another solo character though, so I'm not seeing Changli endlessly.

i like single use too. honestly changli is of all the 5 stars the one most designed for quickswap, ironically enough. Carlotta isnt, so she should be dealing wayyy more damage by herself. So yeah i think shes really worth getting

Funnily enough she inherited the cooldown of forte from PGR’S hyper real. It takes a bit to do right, but you could play her solo continuously with good damage

I need to run the maths to be sure but I'm fairly confident that between the new set zhezhi and her sig one or two atk 3cost will turn out better than double dmg% because of the crazy amount of dmg% she gets from everything (94.5% from the set + main echo, 48% from the sig , 45% from zhezhi that's 187.5% bonus damage already)
