You can buy tanning sleeping bags which are a life saver! Literally a light cotton layer you can slip your pillow into too! I got mine off amazon :)

I like using the isle of paradise spray to add a little shape and dimension (and yes, colour) to my face, I spray it directly onto my makeup brush then apply to my face and blend (after moisturizing) and it adds a nice subtle contrast to the high points of your face as well! (:

yes apply lotion to your hands beforehand! I like to fade and blend the product out on my wrist and then not apply on hands
