Wishclaw was activated on my end step in response to Magda activation. Wishclaw Talisman activation is not sorcery speed, but restricted to during your turn.

Shorikai player pitched mana drain to force of will so they shouldn't have had it to cast on the pact also trying to control the board as a Shorikai player myself without drawing extra cards from the robot is a bad move I understand when it has to happen but 3v1 the table without the extra resources is not a great place to be
