Hello! is it possible to connect two M-wave controllers to the computer via USB ports and use them with DAW having a total of 8 programmable buttons? I was wondering if, instead of buying, for example, Harley Benton MP-100 (which has 8 buttons and 2 slots for expression pedals), you could buy two m-wave models. Hello @pawete4011, thank you for your question. The quick answer is yes, you can connect multiple Chocolate controllers together. Many users will have one (or two) for patch changes and a second (or third) for CC messages. The only issue you will have is whether your system recognizes each individually (IE; FootCtrl, FootCtrl1, FootCtrl2 etc.) or as a single FootCtrl. Once you work that out it works flawlessly. If you decide to connect multiple controllers please feel free to reach out to us if you need any assistance. Hello 007Videoz, thank you for reaching out to us with your questions. Yes we are using the USB port to transmit midi. If you’re using a PC it can be done via Bluetooth but we suggest using the usb cable to get it working before connecting it wirelessly as it is easier to troubleshoot. If you try to connect via Bluetooth first and you have an issue you won’t know whether it is the Bluetooth connection or the controller. I hope this helps. Hello @TheSsv3, thank you for your video suggestion. The Chocolate controller is limited in its ability to fully control the Mercuriall Amp Box. Before you can use the Chocolate you must make a decision on whether you want to save you effects settings and just use program changes or do you wish to toggle effects on and off. If you choose the latter you will be limited to the use of just 4 pedals for both effects and preset changes. If Cubesuite is stuck on the ‘Firmware Update’ screen it’s usually because you have the Chocolate controller connected to some other program while trying to connect. This is great! I just got my midi controller all set up as the video shows. My only issue is the Wah pedal. Mine is for Line 6 products (it's also a Mission pedal as seen in the video), and I've cycled through all the midi setting for that parameter with no success. It is connected and responds to the midi-mapping, and it does toggle, but it doesn't do a full sweep. Can anyone make a suggestion?

Hello Benjamin, thank you for reaching out to use for assistance. The issue you are having seems mechanical. If you’re using a trs cable and making the minimum value 0 and the maximum 127 in Cubesuite it should work. An expression pedal is nothing more than a potentiometer much like that on a guitar except instead of using a knob it uses a pedal to control software and hardware units. Try your pedal on another system (friend, music store, etc) to see if you still have limited throw. I hope this helps. Guitar School Live

Please let us know exactly what problem you are having. Are you able to change presets? Are you using it in a daw and if so which one? Also keep in mind that you must fully close Cubesuite before trying to control a plugin. Let us know so we can help you resolve your issue. Guitar School Live

Button A - Preset 1 or 2, Button B - Preset 3 or 4, Button C - Preset 5 or 6, and Button D - Preset 7 or 8. Is it possible to program this by a single-step switch between two banks function instead of step short or step long? I don't want to use step long due to the less convenience.

If you’re only interested in changing presets we recommend you use ‘Program Mode B’ in the CubeSuite editor and then follow the instructions in the video starting at 07:53.
