@nikhil udgirkar yes you can add 3-4drops of neem oil in this solution, but only spray with neem oil will not work, because these are scale so first you have to clean these with this solution. Thanku.. Stay connected....

hi Sapna , I am facing this same issue , plus the moss in the potting mix is also turning white like fungus . should I throw away the moss or apply the same solution there ?

This solution is effective for scale infestation. If you are facing fungus problem then place your plant where it will get 7 to 10 morning Sunlight, water your plant only when soil become dry, hope it will be helpful for you, thanku 😊stay connected☺☺☺

add half spoon of turmeric powder and half spoon of cinamon powder in a glass of water and mix it properly then strain it. Now take a fabric piece and dip in half portion of this solution then clean your arica palm leaves or infested portion with it. take a spray bottel and add another half portion of this solution in it and spray on surface of soil and stem of arica palm. do this process in alternative days for a week. thanku and please share this video as much you can 🙂stay connected☺☺.
