Thank you! Your concepts are very solid. Emotions are beautiful, but they really cause me a lot of stress. It's obvious to me that the brain is more comfortable in known behaviors and therefore strays back to being overwhelmed. So easily! It's kind of like being addicted to feeling bad. I've been using your "how to control your mind" mediatation for months. I've seen progress, but I appear to have hit a mountain standing between me and leveling up. Any suggestions? Thanks again, you truly have a gift to help people! 😎

I hear different kind of stories . Some people say you should feel your emotions deeply on order to heal them or you should accept your emotions and don't try to change them as there's not really good & bad feelings - are just feelings . I don't know if you can understand what I mean ( I don't understand either probably ). I've been trying to change for the last 10 years I think and there's not much progress and I blame my emotions most of the time because as you say , I feel like they control me . I'm getting very easily frustrated and angry and because I still don't know how to express my anger in a healthy way I just try to shift it as good as I can but then after few try outs I explode and it's usually my kids who are suffering the most . Listening to your video now I'm just wondering : would it be enough just to change the emotion in the heat of the moment but I think it's quite difficult or do I just add fuel to the fire in the long run ? I hope it makes sense . Thank you :)
