Very interesting and informative. I’m thinking of converting my garage into a garden suite. Is a typical design of a tiny house follows the standard regulations that needs to be followed when building a garden suite in Scarborough? For example having an attic bed space plus a sleeping area on the ground level is common in a tiny homes in order to fully utilize the small space. Would that be allowed?
