Correction: If you encounter an FBX model where the Warudo Setup Character messes up the bones, I stated that I advise against doing the manual set up. Depending on the model's set up, as a last resort, if you know what you're doing, you can do the manual set up by clicking and dragging the FBX model from hierarchy to asset panel to make a "Character" prefab. I had to do this for a robot model to get it working for Warudo but used VRM's Force T-Pose setting instead of Warudo's Setup Character setting.

Hi Fuyuko! I've been helped a lot by your videos, thank you very much. Can I ask you a question? If I want to use ifacialmocap in warudo, does it have to go through the VRM format? I want to export a warudo file directly from FBX like in this video, but I don't know how to add the ARKit blendshape to the "Character" created in FBX.

Warudo can detect the FBX blendshape naming so no need for VRM blendshape clips. You just name the ARKit blendshapes properly in Blender and it auto detects.

I tried the path of making a VRM model from my VRChat model, as I don't have the blender file for my modified base and get constant errors trying to build the Character after Normalization/Setup. Idk what to do at this point in time.

@@lonlycon Since it is a VRChat model (Assuming lots of toggles), try using Hai's tool as it is dedicated fir VRChat models into VTuber Warudo or VSFAvatar: docs.hai-vr.dev/docs/products/denormalized-avatar-exporter Sadly I don't have a proper VRM tutorial due to my busy schedule.

@@Kana_Fuyuko I used it and it exported without error messages, but it Orients the character wrongly and detaches some assets from him (a Sandevistan and Hoodie). Also the facemask does not properly follow the snout movement while talking... :(
