How to Convert Non-Bluetooth TV to Bluetooth TV | Make Any TV Bluetooth Capable

I believe that if you use the Bluetooth USB device on a non-Bluettoth TV, you will not be able to control the TV volume through the TV remote control. Am I wrong here? Usually Bluetooth speakers don't come with a remote control for the volume.
