How do I convert my fcm files back to a svg if I wanted to cut on a cameo 5 plus?

This was a great video and helped me understand SVG and FCM, however, I have to ask - I saw the red flag saying you have a virus. Did this svg file have a virus? Should I be afraid to use SVG files because of trojan horses or viruses?
