All equations come from a LINEAR relationship: Recall the following equation from the highschool: y = mx + b, m = slope, b = ordinate cut and x = abscissa. Then try to derive the equations given in the video from this (straight line equation with cut or intersection on the ordinate)

As per instrumentation standard its actually 1-5 V not 0-5

Hello Ibrahim... I know Instrumentation standard is 1 to 5 Volts. 0 to 5 Volt is just for example
