Great recipe of a roast. We made that before for Christmas dinner ourselves but not as fancy. But that did look nice and tender and delicious. Thank you for that recipe that meal I can smell it through my phone lol! Thank Natalie’s sister for cooking up that delicious roast. Hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas & all the very best in the new year‼️ That was nothing short of amazing and brought back fabulous memories of dinner with my best bud and his family who are British, I really miss the Yorkshire pudding...I read a comment about Goose and that was what they would have usually have for Christmas dinner. Dear braisin Brits this is John chalker Waterbury Connecticut USA love you guys very much you did a wonderful job with that roast beef it looked delicious and who is a chef she knew what she was doing she knew when she saw problems she knew how to work around it because she worked in a professional kitchen where she could do workarounds and quick moments loved your your the meat look delicious and so did everything else that she did loved it very much that proves that you could do anything you do in an apartment or a house kitchen you can do in an RV kitchen maybe on a smaller scale but you can still do it you just proved it Merry Christmas my brother and sister and have a safe and blessed New Year CC 🙏👼⛄🎄

Ooh I bet! Never heard of it, had to Google but seems interesting! May I ask what is the benefit? Is it like a smoker where the meat is just a lot tender after a longer period of time?

@@BrazenBrits it does achieve similar results with respect to the longer it "cooks" the more tender it becomes and no smoke. But the real genius is that it cooks everything to temp and does not overcook by overshooting a temp. If you want perfectly cooked meat, potatoes and the list goes on, this (in combination with a torch so that you can finish it and give it a charred crust) is the ticket! A down side is it takes time and if you're boondocking, this does consume energy. But if we can figure out how to set this to turn on when we are out then it has great potential to have a great meal ready when we get back for the day!

Merry Christmas!! Tell me, is roast beef typical Christmas fare, or do you usually cook a turkey? By the way, my wife is Canadian of British descent (but WAY back), and her family uses metal 12 muffin pans for Yorkshire pudding.

Yes we typically have a Yorkshire pudding tray. Sadly they don’t sell them in the USA 👎 my mother keeps telling me she’s gunna bring one over on their next flight. Beef is a traditional Sunday roast and goose is typically for Christmas . However in more recent years Turkey has become the popular choice 😄
