I doubt the squash had a crust, but it had a decent sear. Looks good.

@@dd-nv6sw not even slightly. Very tender. Lots of fat in that piece, high heat and the Mayo ensured a great sear. For a cheap cut it’s easily worth it. Give one a shot. I’m curious how it would doing grilling tho.
