Sorry to hear about the camera, glad it was returned. This is the best way to cook, which so many people in this fast modern world have forgotten, or not been taught. I even slow roast my chicken - I'll send you a pm if I may. ********** Mike

Mike i loved the look of your chicken roast recipe that you sent through, and to make matters even better, less dishes! I agree with you, people sometimes are too caught up in the speed at which things get done!

It's nice to have someone that makes good food that people in Australia and New Zealand can make, I live in Brisbane (Australia) but follow a lot of people in the USA and Canada and it's nice to have someone to follow that has the same season as I am for good recipes and all that. Thanks!!!

I don't know how many semesters or quarters you or any other college student would have to save to buy this kind of meat but your dish it top notch Zac! You find yourself a hottie and make this for dinner and it IS going to be a good night! :)

Hahaha sometime we can pick up a lamb leg for as little as $20. Just waiting for specials to appear :) Don't worry Richard, already have a hottie that I cook for every night!

Most of the lamb I consume here in the NW USA is of NZ origin. It's really of very good quality. Looks great, BTW.

We breed some pretty good lamb in old little NZ!

I like your personality! But if you want some unsolicited advice from someone who doesn't even make KZbin videos (but watches a lot of them) - I think just a few small improvements would make a huge difference to your videos! 1. Get someone else to film you! 2. Get a slightly better microphone so we can hear you better. ``` 3. Get some lighting! I think you can get some basic ones for quite cheap Keep up the great work, I look forward to more videos from you :)

Cheers buddy. I honestly really appreciate the feedback! one reason I dont have anyone to film me, is id just rather my hands make the video :) I have invested in a new microphone, this video is the first once actually, but its clear my levels in the mic were a bit off, so thank you! And fully agree with you regarding the light setup, will be trying to get something sorted, it makes a big difference!
