How to cook a TENDER, JUICY, SMOKELESS BRISKET, that doesn't give you heartburn:)
Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat Oven to 200
2. Cut 1/4 inch lines in brisket.
3. Use Lawry's Season Salt or Ur Preference for season salt
4. Rub it in the lines you cut
5. Turn Over and repeat process on other side.
6. Now Pour Stubbs BarbeQue Sauce and Mix in Beer (use ur own)
7. Dance and Spin in the candleLight.
8. Cover and let sit for 10 hours and refrigerate.
9. Next day Preheat Oven to 200
10.Place Brisket in a cooking bag and add Veggies, tomatoes, garlic, onion, celery.
11 Poke holes in bag, to allow breathing
12. Make sure oven is not hotter than 200 check with Oven thermometer, if you don't have one, then buy one loser. If your impatient then it will cook faster and not be as tender. Don't be a loser dork, buy the Oven and Meat thermometers.
13. Cook 10 hours Low and Slow is the way to GO.
14. Set Timer for 10 hours.
15. Last 30 minutes pour barbeque sauce on top.
