Second time, the fire department showed up because his adt fire alarm went psycho and basically shined the batman signal for the local fire department thinking the house was on fire. A gentlemen’s 12-15 minutes😁😆😁. Does the 12-15 minutes apply the same to a gentlewoman? Or do I have to wait longer? These are the questions- a solid few years and some odd days after you posted this video. I admire your use of the Swiffer- I too, have used some of its “accessory” functions. The swiffer is amazing for “relocating” spiders- zero chance they will run up the handle and gouge out an eye. (A long held fear of mine). 10/10 would recommend.

Dude, no cap tho, this steak is fucking PERFECT. Nice crust, inside is a medium to medium rare with the color, and a bit of Pepper and Salt as well as Caldwell's all-purpose Greek Seasoning would do this steak a MASTERPIECE. FUCK YOU, YA MADE ME HUNGRY, YOU ABSOLUTE GENIUS.

Just a tip, don't throw out any of the shit from the pan or clean it, all that burnt shit and everything else is flavor. Cook some veggies or other things in it and it will taste like steak flavored veggies. The crust looks immaculate.

Beautiful! But did you put a cast iron pan in the sink? That’s a no no. Put it in the oven to cool. Wipe with paper towel and salt if needed to get anything difficult off that won’t come off on paper towel, and you’re done.

In my opinion, it's better to preseason a stage from the night before so it does up all the flavor and then do what you have to do with it the next day I guarantee you it will taste way better than seasoning it now for now

Less oil, add butter, let it froth. Slap in some garlic cloves, thyme, and rosemary. THEN steak. But I do salt and pepper and I don’t dry it first. Baste that fucker in butter and all the garlicy rosemary thyme goodness. Both sides. Nom nom. Let it rest, Yummo. Edit; I didn’t see sous vide here… 🤔
