"DW" is a 27 year old man presenting to the emergency room with diarrhoea, rectal bleeding and a prolapsed asshole. DW works 12 hour shifts Monday thru Saturday as a retail manager. Due to his busy schedule he never has time to cook let alone shop for groceries. Often stopping at taco bell drive thru for his caloric intake. But this week he decided to go to taco bell for every meal, claiming in the ER "I was mad tired yo and taco bell is dank". By Saturday night Dw has consumed 23 Cheesy Gordita Crunches. Keep in mind though that DW has exclusively been drinking Baja Blasts and virtually no water. As of a result of all this, DW has not took a bowel movement that entire week. DW goes to sleep Saturday night at 11:00pm feeling fine but awakes at 2:00am with severe bloating and a sharp pain in his abdomen and at the ready to have projectile diarrhoea. DW sits on the toilet but to his dismay he does not poop. Frustrated but yet determined to flush out his gastrointestinal tract. Dw decides to drink 8 five hour energies. His reasoning being that all that caffeine may act as a chemical battering ram against his stubborn intestines. By 6:00am Dw has consumed 1600MG of caffeine and 34MG of Cheesy Gordita Crunches. A deadly cocktail. His rectum expands and the caffeine awakens his central nervous system to accelerate his digestive tract, he needs time to digest the Taco Bell but unfortunately DW and his asshole are out of time. At 8:00am Dw's elderly neighbour awakens hearing a piercing girlish scream, a loud explosion and finally a crash next door. After calling 911 police and paramedics enter DW's house finding him pale writhing and barely conscious on his bathroom floor. The paramedics survey the damage. A truly gruesome scene unfolds. DW's entire asshole has distended and exploded on the bathroom floor. Paramedics rush him to the ambulance and soon he is in the ER. Rectal Procedentia.
