Adobong Itik sa Gata is a version of Filipino Adobo that includes coconut milk. It is simply cooked similar to regular adobo, except that coconut milk is added in the middle of the process. The additional ingredient makes this dish different from traditional adobo. You can also add siling labuyo to spice it up. Very simple recipe yet so yummy..

INGREDIENTS:
5 kg Duck
1 cup Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Vinegar
2 Cups Coconut Milk
1 tbsp minced Garlic
1 tbsp Ginger
1 large onion
4 bay leaves
crushed black pepper
5-6 red chillis (add more if you like spicy)
