1 part rice too 3 parts water. Boil for 6-8 minutes stirring as need to keep from sticking, When the rice is translucent drain it (Do not run it under cold water) and add it back to the same pot off heat. Cover and let stand for 6-8 minutes. You will have perfect Indian restaurant rice none of your rice grains will stick together. " you can add spices during the boiling phase for whatever recipe you need.

Great tip👍👏... Though, i do allow mine to boil b4 reducing the heat, and then cover with foil or parchment paper for the rice to steam n, then cook.... And it nicely done!
