Hey Tran the reason the second pot doesn't work on your induction cook top is because its made of aluminum not steel . Induction cook top only work on pots that are magnetic. hold a magnet to the pot if it is attracted to the pot then it will work on your induction cook top.

Don’t underestimate that laughing cows 🐄 cheese!! I remember once I create this same dish and I was desperate for cheese and I had the laughing cow cheese in my home. but it was the chipotle laughing cow cheese and I used it in my Alfredo sauce to make it creamy and it did the job!! I also always add chicken bouillon powder to my Alfredo dishes The kids love the taste that the chicken bouillon gave the pasta dish. You just add a little bit of the chicken bouillon powder in your white sauce it makes it so delicious. My kids they like spice so I always have to add some sort of Cayanne pepper to kick it up a notch for my kids to enjoy this dish. Because they don’t like plain white sauces it has to have a little kick to it for their enjoyment.

Hey Quang, if you want to know if a pan will work on the induction oven just use a small magnet: if the magnet sticks to the pan you are good to go, otherwise the material is not ferromagnetic and induction will not work properly.

American Seasoning spices are mainly sold in Imported stores Quang, like An Nam which is in Thao Dien. Highly recommend you go there although the stuff there are a little more pricey. Also the reason thats so creamy is because you use whipping cream, normally there is a separate cream for cooking
