How to Cook | Chicken Menudo
Ingredients:
1. Fries
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cups - potatoes
200 grams hotdog/ chicken franks
1 cup - assorted bell peppers
3 tbsp - used oil
1 tbsp - achuete seeds
2. Saute/ Simmer
1/4 cup - garlic
800 grams - chicken thighs
1 cup - onions
1 tbsp - spicy chilis
1/2 cup - carrots
3 tbsp - soy sauce
1/2 tsp - ground pepper
2 pcs - bay leaves
2 cups - tomatoes
1 tsp - chicken powder
1 tbsp - liquid seasoning
2 tbsp - calamansi juice
1/2 cup - frozen green peas
1/3 cup - raisin
***fried potatoes, assorted bell peppers, hot dog
5 pcs - spicy chilis
LIVER MARINADE:
400 grams - chicken liver
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/3 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp - calamansi juice
Cooking Time: approximately 50 minutes
