This is how I make my stew! My husband says it’s the best he’s tried. I live by cooking my tomatoes and peppers first. It helps to reduce the time it take to fry as well. We love it with mackerel. So good

Question: Aren't you throwing out a lot of the flavor and nutrients by cooking it first and throwing out the water?

I've followed this channel for a long time both on Facebook and KZbin. You always come through with amazing recipes. But you see that hazardous stuff called Onga, it's a BIG NO actually. It's very lethal to the health

Please,why did you boil the mixture of tomatoes,onions and pepper before blending it ?...what can be done to elimate the sour taste from tomatoes in stew?
@poranefo

When you fry the tomatoes very well, there is no sour taste. If it still tastes sour, it is not well fried.
