I’ve been watching you and your mom’s channels for a while and love that you both take home cooking so seriously and offer such great advice, and it’s so interesting you two bridge between english and mandarin! I know enough Mandarin to follow your mom’s recipes but not enough to understand where your family lives currently (I think maybe somewhere in Canada?) and what region influences the kind of Chinese food you make (my guess is maybe Taiwan or Fujian). Would love to learn more!
