You are a lifesaver.🙏. I haven’t cooked this in awhile so had forgotten the recipe and the store had put the price sticker over the instructions!!! (Bet they had a good laugh at that 😡) By the time I had scrubbed off the sticker the recipe had disappeared. 😵‍💫. Thanks so much for sharing. 🤗💜

Thank you , i am cooking it now , the vinegar cloves and pepper fragrance just makes it much more than just plain corned beef . ive added some trips of pork rind to it as well just because there was hardly any fat on it cheers :-).

Is "silverside" beef that has already been corned (preserved in salt & spices for 5-7 days) before cooking; or is this purporting to be a method to corn a beef but it is actually just a slab of raw beef that has not been previously preserved using the actual corning method?

Can I ask a question? He says cook meat for 2hrs right. Then he puts in vegies with meat for another hour. If 2 hrs is enough time for cooking, wont cooking with vegies for another hour, dry out meat? Or maybe the 2 hours isnt long enough. Would love some advice. Thanks guys... x

@jadaspeers7279
@jadaspeers7279 7 жыл бұрын
babushka poponick it's meant to be red inside. If you taste it and it's chewy, it needs to cook longer. If it practically melts in your mouth, it's cooked.
