My family has been doing this for years. I grew up on seafood, and that side of my family is massive. We don’t have the cutesy stuff like clamps and scissors or “crab crackers” for everyone. Especially with the soft snow crab. We use our hands and teeth but we are always super careful (especially for claw ends). But it is what it is. Sorry lol 🤣🤷🏾‍♀️

I'm from the Midwest and had very little seafood when I was younger. When I tried to cook crab, I made two major mistakes. I overcooked the crab and made the shell soft so, it is a major problem to get the meat out of the crab. I added old bay seasoning to the boiling water, and it would foam over onto the range top. What a mess! -------- Thanks
