It is good to see all fresh and organic vegetables ,the elderly lady looks very neat and tidy with her pleasing smiles the only issue is the poor lady could have been asked to cut the vegetables prior to cooking process on a wooden bench or a cement concrete elevated platform instead of a dusty ground.

Dadi amma is not poor. She is above all the issues you accompanied. She is the woman worthy by nature. It's her real beauty , how she endures cooking, she is master of all. Indeed you know the food you eat also comes out from the soil then how can you judge her hygienic values on that? It seems that you are even very lazy to go to the kitchen due to claiming of all these reasons. There is one word for Dadi amma 'Ap jaisa koi nahi'.
