omg, I just found you! My grandmother used to cook the best pigs feet and greens. She's passed now. I can just listen to you talk and cook all day. It brings me such good feelings. Like hearing my Maw maw cooking all over again. I'm gonna have to try these for sure. Thank you

Thank you for posting this recipe, its just like my moms! She grew up in Virgina and used to make this for me when I was little but I never learned how. I tried once to boil some pigs feet and I think the two step process is what does the trick! - Dumping out the first pot of water, rinsing and starting over - they came out delicious! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you and God bless you!

See I like to use fresh veggies in mine's onions garlic green peppers red pepper vinegar and some seasonings if you don't have vinegar use pickle 🥒 juice works every time

That broth has a lot of collagen. How you can tell is when you put the soup in the fridge overnight and if it turns to gello like then that's good collagen. I add chicken bones and 3 chicken thighs to my pigs feet soup. What I'm after is the collagen.

I made these pig feet just like you said. I added all my different spices, must have been like 8 of them and a little Apple cider vinegar. I cooked mine for like a hour and a half and they were so so soft and man that seasoning was fire. Thank you for your recipe. Will be making these again.
@ronaldw54814 күн бұрын
If you cooked your pigs' feet for an hour and a half, I know they were tough as hell. Pigs feet half to cook for at least 3 hours to get to that tenderness to enjoy them.

Thank you so much, after looking at 300 pigs feet recipes! In my humble opinion, yours is the best! I heard someone laughing in the background too lol. You know what they say good food happy family! lol. The pre -boil you do is, is key. And I agree you wanna boil them a little first without seasonings, to remove some of the scum. Then add seasonings. There is one major rule everyone watching this video must always follow! And that is this, "do not annoying the cook"! lol. Them is some good looking pigs feets! Somebody hold me back!

Hi🙋🏽♀️ I did learn a few tips from your recipe however, can you be more specific about the chicken seasoning and the beef seasoning? It looked like powdered bouillon but I’m not sure🤔also u we’re referring to the pig feet as pig tails, be careful not to consume too much pork😋🥰

I dont eat pigs feet cooked any manner or menudo for that matter but im surely not above fixing it for my man. He deserves it. I have a question somewhere in this comment. Oh, if you said so in the video i missed it can you please tell me about how long you boiled them and any tips on how to keep them from sticking. Thanks

I have a friend that uses the pork packets that come in the Ramen Noodle packs! Depending upon how many pounds of pig feet she's cooking, determines how many packs she'll put in her pig feet! She swears that it gives it great flavor than the other bouillion flavors!! Speaking of bouillion powders, here where I live, they have the tomato and chicken bouillion powder with the red top and a red chicken on the label! Now that is delicious in any of your Mexican foods and Italian dishes, really anything you want to put it in! 🤔🤨🧐😉😊✌❤🙏
