How to cook Fish with Vegetable Stir Fry

How to Cook Fish with Vegetable Stir Fry - Serves 3-4
Ingredients:
600g Moki Fish, Sliced
1 1/2 cup White Mushrooms
1 medium sized Courgette
1 medim sized Onion
4 cloves Garlic
1/3 cup Green Capsicum
1/3 cup Red Capsicum
1 medium sized Green Chilli
1/2 tbsp Ginger
Olive Oil
Stir Fry Sauce:
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 1/2 tsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
1. Pre-heat pot and add olive oil.
2. Sauté garlic, onion, and ginger.
3. Add in fish. Cook until half cooked.
4. Add in green chilli, capsicums, mushroom, and courgette. Mix.
5. Add in stir fry sauce and mix.
6. Cover and cook for 2 mins.
7. Transfer in serving plate and serve with rice. Enjoy!
