Our cook makes the best fried rice. She tries to teach me and it looked very easy but when I do it, it's never the same! She just fry it in garlic and salt, that's it.... And yet somehow, when she does it..... It's amazing. So simple!

I wanted to cook fried rice for myself, I asked my dad how he cooks his fried rice and he dismissively told me to just watch tutorials on youtube. I later got him to tell me how he does it, but I also searched on youtube too, this recipe is almost identical to what my dad told me, and since he told me to just watch tutorials on youtube, he probably does to, and this is probably where he got it from. Or maybe grandma just thought my dad this similar recipe too. Either way, this recipe tastes great!

use long grian, short grain tends to be stickier.
