I do prefer when the channel has also written the ingredient quantity & method in description box, that is very helpful & more accessible than having to rewind the vlog over and over.

I don't eat lamb so I will substitute it with minced beef. Also my wife hates the taste coriander so that's out. I don't have a kahari pan so I use my wok. Does that pan work on induction stove?
