INGREDIENTS: 7-9 Tbls oil 2 medium onions, sliced 1 tsp salt 1 tsp whole cumin seeds 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 Tbls Garlic 1 Tbls Ginger 1/2 lb. boneless Chicken pieces 2 medium sliced tomatoes 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1-2 tsp chili powder Spinach leaves 1/2 bunch, (approx 4 oz. ) 1-2 sliced green chilis, sliced 2 pinches crushed fenugreek leaves 1 tsp garam masala 1 good sized pinch of chopped coriander

The reason he adds salt to the onion snd to the tomatoes is ut draws out the moisture and quickens the softening. Very nice non bir curry

That looks a doddle to do. I've got the Madras paste, I'll use that, and then I'll do your way (the authentic way). I should have tuned in earlier. I need to get fenugreek, and I'm in business. Oh yeah, I need a lemon.

11am Wednesday 15th May 2024 Hi could I cook the drumsticks off a little before adding them to the pan just so skin is not soggy?or doesn't it matter how long overall did you cook the drumsticks for 45 mins? Thankyou

Pilau is east Africa bantu originated from Kikuyu tribe.pi mean cook in Swahili very common in east Kikuyu tribe people.like my comments thumbs up.lau Swahili word la word chakula mean food.
