Fantastic again Ajay I'm obsessed with your channel the food is amazing! Can you tell me about adding the garam masala at the end? Cheers Ajay keep up the good work I've been sharing your channel at home and abroad and we're all loving it but can't wait to get back to the restaurant!

Thank you so much for your lovely comment. I am delighted to know that you are enjoying cooking and learning Indian cuisine. There are no right or wrongs in cooking curries. You learn by experimenting and that's how I learnt. There are dishes that call for garam masala at the end of the dish to make them come alive. I prefer using garam masala at the end for my dishes with fresh Coriander. It adds magic and you can always sprinkle little bit of it on almost every curry. I will soon make up a video on how to make nans at home. It's not difficult at all. I appreciate your support and lovely feedback. Would love to see you when things go back to normal.
