A short film made at Belmond Governor's Residence, Yangon, Burma, with the talented Executive Chef Karl Reyes. Here he shows us how to cook mohinga, a fish noodles soup. Usually eaten at breakfast. Considered by many as the national dish of Burma
This is the first of a series of short films following Nila's Burmese Kitchen Adventures in Yangon. Following her on a travel journey through Yangon where she discovers traditional and regional Burmese food. Nila is invited into their kitchens and the films capture how to cook the various mouthwatering dishes. Some familiar and others completely new and unique.
