Alemjungla Jamir is a food entrepreneur from Nagaland and the owner of the Naga Bowl Express Restaurant in Dimapur, Nagaland. 'Ajung' as she is fondly called has a wide and in-depth experience in the hotel industry of over 20 years including 11 years as a faculty of hotel management. She has chaired the Naga Chef Competitions held annually since 2013 during the Hornbill Festival and also judged several food competition in North East India. A self-professed food aficionado with a deep love for all things food, she works closely with other entrepreneurs with an aim to put Naga Cuisine on the global food map.

Last time after 6 hours of journey from Tseminyu reached Dimapur around 9 AM with Mom and sister.we usually have food on our way but i insisted we eat in Naga bowl As i have a very neatly screenshot of the advertisement of Naga Bowl. At last we reached Super Market but it was closed. we end up eating in a very funny Hotel. Now i realise why it was closed. The timing is 11AM to 8PM. ☝👍
