I have something very similar to your dish. I generally mix my spaghetti in with the sauce with Andouille sausage and shrimp, adding mushrooms, and spinach. Colorful and delicious.

Beautiful dish! I love my pasta and sauce tossed through so that every strand of pasta is coated by the sauce and every bit of sauce is attached to the pasta it's the best flavor and causes the least amount of wasting of food. That looks amazing!

Hey Ray ❤️ First I want to thank you for the shoutouts during your LIVES when I can catch you ☺️. Just a tip for you: next time you’re in the store shopping for tomato paste, look for it in a tube. Usually you only use maybe a tsp/tbsp of it anyway. Of course the can exceeds this and you use a dab and then possibly throw the rest away. The tube saves all of that. I was drooling 🤤 after you named all of the ingredients.

To answer your question though I like my sauce both ways. I like it on top of my pasta 🍝 when I first finish cooking it.
