+Mercuryverado200 Hey man like You said everyo ne has an opinion but all i know is that i never fry snook because i could just have other fish to fry. Also i think frying in general takes the fishes natural flavor and is also not the healthiest choice. I like frying fish but there is alot of better options than frying especially snook.
