The recipe we have here, is the Filipino version which is a colorful stew of pork or chicken, liver, potatoes, carrots, bell peppers and raisins in a rich tomato gravy. A popular dish for family dinners as well as special occasions, it's usually enjoyed with steamed rice and occasionally with pandesal.
Pork Menudo Ingredients :
2 1/2kilo. Pork (kasim)
380grams. Pork Liver
5pcs. Potato
4pcs. Red Onion (Chopped)
3pcs. Tomato (Chopped)
1head. Garlic (Minced)
4pcs. Bay Leaves
1/4cup. Oil
1/4cup. Butter
1/4cup. Oyster Sauce
1/4cup. Soy Sauce
1/4cup. Fish oil
3tbsp. Raisins
2pcs. Pork Cubes
1cup. Cheese (Grated)
250grams. Hotdog
1cup. Banana Catsup
250grams. Tomayo Sauce
2tbsp. Sugar
1tsp. Whole Blackpepper
1pc. Longaniza Macau
6pcs. Kalamansi Juice
3tsp. Tomato Paste
