Hi Kitin, you are welcome. It is on the spicy side, you can try to reduce spiciness by cutting down on the bird's eye chilies but don't omit it as sour curry are supposed to be spicy and sour at the same time. Mouthwatering 🤤, when mentioned spicy and sour😚
