Hello my people today am cooking the most common Traditional food from Acholi land called Lakorokoro from SIMSIM seeds and you need (onions ,tomatoes, Royco and Smoked Fish).

No you don't fry the Simim, use raw simsim.

Could be the simsim is the one that was bitter next time remove the outer cover of the simsim while Washing it

@@cookwithattovicky8609 woooooooow thank you very much. Because I am not sure if there are really many recipes existing. In East African for example they have many many recipes where they almost cook them exactly alike every time. Like having really Standard recipes. I always thought that people in Acholi culture or also Uganda at a large only combine different ingredients like they have them at home at that time. You know what I mean?
