Cooking African Village Food For Lunch / Ugandan Traditional Food From Acholi People / Ugandan food
In this video we are looking at Uganda Traditional food from northern uganda in Acholi land, one of the most loving people you will find on this earth. Boo plant (cowpea plate) is a base of traditional dish in Northern Uganda and its a combination of Okra, paste from peanut (groundnuts), cowpea leaves and other ingerients as shown in the video. Northern uganda has so many culturals of which some share the traditional foods.

The salt process is interesting.I used to wonder how some tribes got salt if they are far from the sea and from saltwater. The food looks yummy and healthy

In few second ,i can tell myself these beautiful people are from East Africa.Before Doslyne mention the country and before i read the tittle of the show. I can see they are from North Uganda or Kenya. Probability from ones of Nilotic tribes(Mostly from Nuer tribes).About Salt process is showing that Africa people are very smart and intelligent because many people in Western society do not know how to make such salt. I am proud to be Est Africa Man.
