How to cook the perfect Steak on your Buschbeck

Hey thanks for putting some video's on using the Buschbeck up. While seeing your recipes is interesting, I'd love some buschbeck specific tips eg content on actually building fires, pros and cons of different types of fuels, managing the temperature of the fire, best placement of coals for different types of cooking, where to place the rack, pizza box, optimal temperature etc.
