Beautiful! Lots of people who’ve never heard of ‘rare’ before. As a butcher, I prefer my meat (any quality steak) expertly seared yet bloody and red on the inside, and I’m glad to see MWP has the same taste. For those disagreeing, just cook yours a minute or two longer and you’ll get a medium rare. Simple.
