HOW TO COOK THIOU BOULETTES| Gambian style using minced chicken

Let me take you to The Gambia with this dish. Thiou boulettes is a hearty meal, with every bite of the succulent meatballs.
For Thiou Boulettes minced fish is normally used but as we are in the uk mince chicken can be these easiest to make as you can just grab it from the super market.

Ingredients
Mince chicken
1/2 medium onions
1/2 medium red peppers
1 Maggie cube
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp green seasoning/ Nokoss
1 tbsp madras curry
1 tbsp cornflour
STEW
1 cup Sunflower oil
2 medium white potatoes
2 medium sweet potatoes
30g Spring onions
1 Medium onion
1 1/2 tbsp green seasoning/ Nokoss
Bay leaves
Pimento seeds
1 tbsp madras curry
1 Scotch Bonnet
350g chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp coconut cream
Water
1 tsp brown sugar
Salt to taste
