Hi friends
I tried to share a healthy and easy way of cooking toor dal in pressure cooker. Usually pulses to be soaked for 4,5 hours before cooking. Practically its not possible every time. But if we cook dal quickly, we tend to have gas, acidity, bloating and indigestion issues. So here I have shown to cook toor dal in a proper way. Also shared a south indian recipe of green tomato dal.
