Can we use afternoon rice ( which is cooked @1:00 p.m. , mix with curd and milk at night, ferment it and eat the next morning? Is it good

This is not the right way to make it. Rice should be fermented without milk and curd. For that only salt and water is used.. What she made is just curd with rice,not fermented rice

Simply excellent but sorry must disagree "Dho roti khaa kay payt aik dum bhar jaata hai" - no way male guests take about 8 in their plate in one go and my sis takes about 10 and I also about 10. No way no way just 2 or 3 - they are very moorish - can't stop even at 6. Very good accompaniment dishes are prawn masala, king prawn curry, mackeral curry, black makhanee daal etc with tamarind in the fish dishes while cooking etc etc
